Frozen concentrated apple pulp is made from fresh oranges of the season, squeezed and concentrated in a clean environment, rapidly frozen at -38°C and then quick-frozen at -18°C. The entire process from squeezing to quick-freezing takes only 30 minutes, effectively preserving the fresh flavor and nutrients of the apples.
